Group Training consists of a 30 minute, amazingly challenging workout. Our approach to group training will keep you motivated and push you to your limits, ensuring that you keep making progress.

We cap our group sizes at 12 people so our trainers are able to give everyone some one-on-one attention, making it also ideal for beginners or those working through injury.
